Shipping Policy

1. Shipping available countries

All orders will be processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has been shipped. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Japan. Currently, we can ship to the following countries: • United States • United Kingdom • Italy • Netherlands • Spain • Germany • France • Portugal For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance Fees

Purchases from overseas are considered personal imports, and customs duties and taxes (including VAT) may be imposed upon arrival. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties are determined by customs based on the order amount and duty-free allowance. Returns and refunds due to non-payment are not accepted, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in the event of customs clearance or delivery failure. Please check with your local customs office in advance for import restrictions and details.

4. Shipping Status

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number that can be used to check the shipping status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number. We will investigate the matter. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.
