Refund Policy

A 14-day return policy applies. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@musubi-japan.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship the package. We will not accept returns sent before requesting a return.

Damage and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable items (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized items, etc.), and hygiene products (beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about specific products, please contact us.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchange

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately after the return is accepted.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the merchandise within 14 days for any reason, without providing a reason. As above, the product must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refund

We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
